Million Dollar Tortellini
Creamy baked tortellini layered the correct way: Alfredo on the bottom, frozen tortellini in the middle, and a seasoned beef marinara finished with melty mozzarella. Rich, comforting, and easy enough for a weeknight

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup yellow onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar Alfredo sauce (15–16 oz)
1 bag frozen cheese tortellini (20–24 oz)
1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
2 cups freshly grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Stir in Parmesan and marinara; remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly across the bottom.
Add frozen tortellini in an even layer, then spoon the beef marinara mixture over the top.
Sprinkle with mozzarella, cover loosely with foil, and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes more until melted and bubbly.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
