Mr. Crown's Cajun Sauce
Perfect for seafood boils, chicken wing boil, grilled shrimp, or dunking crab legs.
Yield: Makes enough for 1 large boil up to 2 lbs of wings or seafood.

Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp orange pepper
1 tbsp Old Bay
1 tbsp Tony Chachere’s (No Salt)
1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
In a saucepan, melt the butter with the minced garlic over medium heat.
In a bowl, combine all the dry seasonings.
Once the butter is fully melted and fragrant, pour it over the seasoning mix.
Stir until everything is smooth and well blended.
Pour it hot over your Chicken Wing Boil, or brush it on anything you want dripping with flavor.
