Queen G’s Go To Alfredo Sauce
A rich, velvety Alfredo built with cream cheese, butter, and heavy cream, finished with Parmesan Romano for bold flavor and a silky texture. This is a dependable, no fail sauce perfect for pasta, vegetables, dipping, or as a base for Tex Italian dishes

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsalted butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 to 3 tsp garlic powder
1 to 2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
8 oz Parmesan Romano cheese blend, freshly grated
Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the cream cheese and stir until completely smooth.
Stir in the Parmesan Romano until melted, then slowly pour in the heavy cream. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer, stirring often, until thick and silky.
Add garlic powder and coarse black pepper, stir to combine, then remove from heat and use immediately
