Queso Burger
A juicy, seasoned burger piled onto a toasted brioche bun with melted pepper jack cheese and smothered in homemade creamy green chile queso.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
Your favorite burger seasonings, to taste
4 slices pepper jack cheese
4 brioche buns
Mayonnaise, optional
Ketchup, optional
Your favorite burger toppings
½ lb Land O’Lakes White American cheese
½ lb pepper jack cheese
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 can diced green chiles
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning
Pinch of salt
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Form the ground beef into 4 burger patties and season with your favorite burger seasonings. Cook the burgers in a skillet or on a grill until they reach your desired doneness.
Add a slice of pepper jack cheese to each burger during the last minute of cooking and allow it to melt.
Add the White American cheese, pepper jack cheese, evaporated milk, green chiles, paprika, garlic powder, Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning, salt, and black pepper to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until completely melted, smooth, and creamy.
Toast the brioche buns until lightly golden.
Build each burger with mayonnaise, ketchup, and your favorite toppings as desired. Add the cheeseburger and generously spoon the warm queso over the top.
Add the top bun and serve immediately.
