Simple Cranberry Sauce
Yield: 2.5 cups
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (1-12oz bag)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
Directions
Bring water, juice and sugar to a full boil in a medium sauce pan. Add cranberries then return to boiling for 1 minute. Reduce heat and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occassionally.
Pour sauce into a bowl and cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
