Simple Cranberry Sauce

Yield: 2.5 cups
Cook Time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (1-12oz bag)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup water

 

Directions

  1. Bring water, juice and sugar to a full boil in a medium sauce pan. Add cranberries then return to boiling for 1 minute. Reduce heat and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occassionally.

  2. Pour sauce into a bowl and cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
