Ingredients

  • 100 g kosher salt

  • 100 g brown sugar

  • 20 g roasted garlic powder

  • 20 g paprika

  • 10 g onion powder

  • 10 g cayenne

  • 10 g dry mustard powder

  • 5 g ground black pepper

  • 2 g ground cumin

  • 1 g oregano

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Whisk together thoroughly until the mixture is uniform in color and all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Store the rub in a clean, airtight container in a cool, dark place. For best flavor, use within 6 months.
