This is a tangy, sweet, and spicy sauce that's perfect for pulled pork or as a finishing glaze for smoked chicken. The fruitiness of the peach juice balances the sharp vinegar, while the Nashville hot seasoning adds a kick of heat.

  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup peach juice

  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt

  • 1 Tbsp Nashville hot seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

  2. Bring the mixture to a low simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.

  3. Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool completely.

  5. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
