Ingredients
4 thick-cut pork chops
1 box stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or oil
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
½ teaspoon paprika optional
Fresh herbs like parsley or thyme optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 dish then prepare stuffing according to the package and set aside.
Season pork chops and sear in butter or oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned then place in the baking dish.
Whisk soup and milk together until smooth then spoon stuffing around the pork chops and pour soup mixture evenly over the top.
Cover and bake 30 to 45 minutes depending on chop thickness then uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes until stuffing is golden and pork reaches 145°F.
