Winter Wonderland Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½–1 cup red and green sprinkles or candy-coated chocolates
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
Fold in white and dark chocolate chips, then gently stir in sprinkles or candy pieces.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are golden and centers soft.
Optional: sprinkle with sea salt while warm, cool 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
Tips:
