Asian-Inspired Baked Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup sweet soy sauce (or soy sauce mixed with brown sugar)
• 3 tbsp ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef, panko, sweet soy sauce, and ketchup just until combined. Do not overwork.
Roll into golf-ball–size meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 18–22 minutes, until cooked through and lightly caramelized.
