Asian-Inspired Baked Meatballs

Simple, sweet-savory baked meatballs made with pantry staples and big flavor. These come together fast, bake hands-off, and work for bowls, wraps, or quick weeknight plates.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • • ¼ cup sweet soy sauce (or soy sauce mixed with brown sugar)

  • • 3 tbsp ketchup

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef, panko, sweet soy sauce, and ketchup just until combined. Do not overwork.

  3. Roll into golf-ball–size meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake 18–22 minutes, until cooked through and lightly caramelized.
