Cabbage Salad
A fresh, crunchy cabbage salad with a bold, savory dressing and a touch of sesame. Perfect as a side dish or topping for bowls and rice plates.

Ingredients
½ head cabbage cubed
1½ tsp chicken bouillon powder
½ tsp salt
2 garlic cloves finely minced
1½ tbsp sesame oil
¼ tsp white pepper
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
½ tsp fish sauce
Green onions white and green parts separated
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Prep the cabbage by cubing it.
Season the cabbage with salt and bouillon powder and massage 2 to 5 minutes.
Make the dressing by mixing garlic sesame oil white pepper rice vinegar fish sauce and the white parts of the green onion.
Toss the cabbage with the dressing until coated. Finish with green onion tops and sesame seeds.
