Viral Ice Cream Waffles

A fun two ingredient waffle made with melted ice cream and self rising flour. Switch up the ice cream flavor and the waffle takes on that same flavor.

Ingredients

• 2 cups melted ice cream

• 1½ cups self rising flour

Directions

1. Let the ice cream soften or melt completely, then whisk it with the self rising flour just until combined.

2. Preheat and lightly grease the waffle maker. Add the batter and cook until golden and crisp.

3. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
